Strategies to Increase Telehealth (video) Visits

Participants in this webinar will hear from two different clinics about their journey to flip telephone visits (audio only) to Telehealth (video) visits. Panelists will share successful strategies they utilized to significantly increase the number of telehealth (video) visits with their patients. Panelists will walk through their video visit process from when a patient calls for an appointment, to the visit with the provider and then provider follow-up with the medical assistant. Panelists will share resources and examples of how the new care team structure between the provider and the medical assistant/office telehealth coordinator works.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Participants will learn one new strategy to use in their clinics to increase the number of telehealth visits with their patients. 
Participants will be able to walk through an entire video visit process from appointment setting to follow up after the visit. 
Participants will walk away with resources such as scripts and examples of how the new care team structure for telehealth visits is working.

HOW TO REGISTER

Registration is required for all CPCA training and events.
 You will receive two email communications immediately upon registering. The first is simply a receipt. The second from customercare@gotowebinar.com and will contain webinar access information.  This email will only be delivered to the individual who is registered for the event and will contain a unique link for a single connection. We recommend you add this event to your calendar using the link contained in your webinar access email. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders before contacting training@cpca.org.

Cancellation Policy:  No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after Wednesday, April 7th 2021.

To receive a refund, all cancellations must be in writing and must be received by emailing training@cpca.org according to the following schedule:

  • Cancellations received on or before 20 business days of the event will result in a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations received on or before 10 business days of the event will result in a 50% refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations received on or before 5 business days of the event will result in a 25% refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after 5 business days before the event.
  • Cancellations after the conclusion of the event are non-refundable.
  • Substitutions are encouraged.
  • “No Shows” are non-refundable.
