Health Center University: Health Center Basics

PROGRAM FORMAT
This training for CPCA and RAC staff has two components. 
1. Virtual training modules in CPCA's online training portal. 
2. Office hours held quarterly in 2022 by CPCA staff leads in the areas of health center finance and operations.

Just two quick steps to register for this course: 
1. Complete the registration on this page. You will gain access to the course in the training portal immediately. 
2. Register for live office hours on Zoom. A second confirmation email with the links to register will be sent within 24 hours of registration on CPCA's website. 

You must complete all online training modules prior to joining office hours. Office hours will not be a presentation of the material, rather they are an opportunity for Q&A and discussion.

FEES

There is no fee for this training program as it is a professional development opportunity CPCA has made available to CPCA and RAC staff. 

HOW TO REGISTER
In order to register for any CPCA event, you must first be logged in to your account. If you do not have an account, you can create one. If you do not remember your login credentials, please email training@cpca.org. Once logged in, click the Register button, answer any questions that appear on the screen and click Save Responses. Continue scrolling to the bottom of the page and click Proceed to Checkout. Lastly, complete all payment details and click, Submit. You will receive one immediate email with a receipt of your order. Registration is required for all CPCA training and events. You will receive two email communications upon registering. The first is simply a receipt and will be sent immediately. The second from training@cpca.org will contain online training portal access information.  This email will only be delivered to the individual who is registered for the event and will contain a link to save the details to your calendar. We recommend you add this event to your calendar using the link contained in your online training portal access email. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders before contacting training@cpca.org.
