Bio

My name is Dr. Srikanth Kolli, D.C. and I work as a Doctor of Chiropractic for Ampla Health, which is a FQHC.  I am privileged with performing what I feel is one of the most rewarding jobs at my clinic. My patients come in with pain. However they leave with a smile on their face, newly gained knowledge, and motivation to implement and improve their lives. My goals are to expand Chiropractic care to all health care clinics in our underprivileged environments, not only in California but eventually nationwide. Allowing for access to those that are in need and unable to afford or acquire care.

  • Drug-overdose deaths in the U.S. surged nearly 30% in 2020 based on recently released data by the CDC. Data shows that drug overdose deaths reached a record high in 2020. While these estimates are not final, this is more than 20,000 deaths above the previous high in 2019 and the largest single-year percentage increase on record since 1999.
  • Musculoskeletal disorders account for nearly 70 million physician office visits in the United States annually, and an estimated 130 million total health care encounters including outpatient, hospital, and emergency room visits
  • The Institute of Medicine estimates of the economic burden of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs), as measured by compensation costs, lost wages, and lost productivity, are between $45 and $54 billion annually
  • Musculoskeletal conditions are the leading contributor to disability worldwide, with low back pain being the single leading cause of disability in 160 countries.
  • 1800’s, 1900’s, 2000’s – For centuries, opioids have been used time and time again in attempts to fix a problem, which unfortunately, cannot be resolved by medications alone. Working alongside our fellow primary doctors, Doctors of Chiropractic will continue to play a significant role in the reduction of the opioid epidemic and help break this repetitive cycle. This allows patients to have an alternative option to the current pain management model.
  • We will see an increase of musculoskeletal problems in the future generations with poor posture and lack of exercise. If you look at our children, you will see that technological advancements have added to this problem and will continue to cause early onset of musculoskeletal disorders. We must educate them on conservative ways of mitigating these problems.

"Doctors of Chiropractic are the future of pain management and the leaders of conservative health care.
