HOW TO REGISTER
In order to register for any CPCA event, you must first be logged in to your account. If you do not have an account, you can create one. If you do not remember your login credentials, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once logged in, click the Register

. You will receive one immediate email with a receipt of your order.
Registration is required for all CPCA training and events. You will receive two email communications upon registering. The first is simply a receipt and will be sent immediately. The second from email@example.com (via firstname.lastname@example.org) will contain online training portal access information. This email will only be delivered to the individual who is registered for the event and will contain a link to save the details of the program to your calendar. We recommend you add the program schedule to your calendar using the link contained in your online training portal access email. CPCA provides training and education to community health centers for general illustration and instructional purposes. Effective 11/1/21 - No refunds will be available for cancellations received on or after 10 business days the start date of the event/training. To receive a maximum refund of 50% of the registration price prior to this deadline, all cancellations must be in writing and submitted by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Substitutions of registrations in lieu of cancellation is encouraged.
