As the IT Director at Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas (CSVS), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving Monterey County along California’s Central Coast. I lead the technology strategy in support of patient outcomes, access to care, and system reliability for a largely agricultural and medically underserved population. With experience across IT services, education, hospitality, construction, and healthcare, I bring a practical, people-centered approach to technology.
