Isaias Iniguez goes by the nickname of "Isa" (EE-SA) in the office and is part of CPCA's Workforce Development team. As the Associate Director of Workforce Development, Isa supports health centers with identifying and implementing recruitment and retention strategies that strengthen their workforce needs. Isa also serves as a CPCA liaison in statewide collaboration efforts that include partnerships with California's Primary Care Office (OSHPD), and California CalHealthCares Loan Repayment Advisory Council. Isa is an inquisitive individual who has a passion for traveling to foreign countries and immersing himself in the Spanish language. When he's not at work or at home attempting to cook 5-ingredient meals, you’ll most likely find him hiking or exploring a city through his camera lens. Isa is also a cat person!
